Q&A with Jeff:
  • What initially drew you to Morrison? I was very aware of the organization as I have friends that work or worked at Morrison, so the familiarity with their work and their reputation was the initial draw. What continued to draw me in was how my recruitment process was handled and the transparency and care with which things were handled.
  • What are you most excited about in leading the People Solutions practice area? I have often said that my work is focused on helping to make work work better. It’s a bit of a tongue twister, I know, but it’s truly how I approach what I do. In this role, I get to help our clients work better. Whether that is through helping to successfully execute a search or providing answers to complex HR questions, we get to help save clients time by providing a necessary service that helps them be able to focus on other pressing needs.
  • What surprises you most about the Morrison team? I don’t think I would say that I am surprised, necessarily, as much as that my assumptions were confirmed … the Morrison team is really good at what they do. AND they are really great people who care about each other, the organization, and our clients. The Morrison team is filled with individuals who constantly consider others better than themselves and it shows up in the good work they do. There are no egos. Just a desire to show up to work every day and do good work for the sake of our clients. It’s been a wonderful place and a great reason to return to my hometown of Chico.
  • You’ve sat through a few of our team trivia sessions now…. who’s the most competitive player? Without a doubt, Toni Scott.
